I bought this matcha because we used it at the café where I used to work. I'm so glad I decided to get some for myself because it tastes amazing. It has a naturally earthy, slightly sweet flavour, and the aroma is just as good. The colour is also a beautiful vibrant green, and it never tastes bitter. The quality is excellent. 👌
The flavour is balanced, not overly bitter, and it feels like a premium matcha experience. This has quickly become a favourite part of my daily routine, and I would definitely repurchase and recommend it to anyone looking for a quality ceremonial-grade matcha.
I really enjoyed the Spring Harvest Blend Matcha. It has a fresh, smooth taste with just the right amount of sweetness and no bitterness. The color is vibrant, and it whisked easily without clumps. Perfect for traditional tea or matcha lattes. Definitely a quality matcha that I’d buy again!
This was my first time trying matcha, and I was honestly a bit worried about how it would taste. But to my surprise, it was really good! The flavor is smooth, not too bitter, and blends perfectly into a latte. I love how vibrant and fresh it looks, which shows its quality. Now, I’m totally hooked and will definitely keep using it! If you’re new to matcha like me, this is a great one to start with. Highly recommend!
This tea is of excellent quality. It has a vibrant green colour and great clean, refreshing flavour. I have been drinking it in the morning instead my usual cup of coffee for about 9 months now. Absolutely loved the matcha.
I’ve switched from culinary grade matcha to ceremonial matcha and I can definitely taste and see the difference. It’s a rich green colour which makes it look and taste delicious.
Delicious! I love this matcha! It has a lovely texture and blends well. I can’t give a comment really on smell as I really don’t like the smell of any matcha while I’m whisking it! I particularly love it in an iced coconut milk latte with a little agave.
This was my first time buying matcha to make at home after spending ages reading reviews and suggestions—and I’m so glad I chose this one! The quality is amazing, it mixes smoothly, and the taste is rich without being bitter. I’ve been loving it in my iced lattes, and it’s quickly become a part of my daily routine.
Your organic matcha is absolutely delightful as usucha, just like you recommend. It is earthy, umami, vegetal, sweet, creamy, with a smooth, creamy mouth feel and medium body. I find myself wanting to return to this matcha daily to relax for a moment and experience it's delicious grounding, calming and gentle energizing effects. What a lovely organic matcha.

01 Tea Fields
Our journey begins in the tea fields of Japan, where carefully cultivated tea plants are grown with patience and attention before every harvest.
02 Shade Grown
Before harvest, the tea plants are shaded to naturally develop richer umami, gentle sweetness, and their vibrant green color.
03 Harvest
Harvested at peak freshness, the youngest tea leaves are carefully gathered to preserve their delicate aroma and pristine flavor of the season’s first flush.
04 Quality Selection
Each harvest is carefully inspected before processing. Only tea leaves that meet our standards for quality, balance, and character continue the journey to become RINSUI matcha.
05 Steaming
Fresh leaves are steamed shortly after harvest to preserve their vibrant color, delicate aroma, and fresh character before drying.
06 Final Milling
After careful processing, the selected tencha are milled into an exceptionally fine powder. This final step helps preserve the matcha’s vibrant color, delicate aroma, and signature smooth mouthfeel.
